Darby's Tavern is located in the former kitchen for the Mansion,
so step back in time and enjoy a refreshing beverage in the very
place where Darby created his Cajun and Creole fare for the Bruce Family. It was here that Darby, the popular cook, perfected the training he received during his stay in New Orleans in Creole and
Cajun cooking methods. The very fireplace used for cooking is the centerpiece of Darby's Tavern.

drink with friends, Darby's is tastefully decorated with replicas of authentic barn signs from the 1800's and tin covered tables.
